Wesker has risen quickly in the STARS organization and is the Alpha team leader. Despite the recent the happenings in Raccoon City, he has maintained a calm persona and sharp insight and leadership. Wesker was recruited by a headhunter and eventually founded the STARS unit.

Description:
An old friend and partner of Chris Redfield, former SWAT team member Barry Burton is constantly looking out for the welfare of his fellow STARS members. He has over 16 years of experience under his belt and has led many projects into success. Barry is an extremely trusted ally, but has experienced some hardships with his wife and two daughters lately. He may seem depressed at times.

Description:
Former STARS Bravo team member, and already stationed in the vicinity of Raccoon City, Frost was recently promoted to serve as a vehicle specialist for the Alpha team. Many of his fellow Bravo team peers are jealous of Joseph's promotion, but Wesker moved him up in rank himself. He is a young, enthusiastic, and very curious man.

Description:
Brad is an accomplished computer engineer and excels in attaining information. Unfortunately, Brad is ridiculed for his fear of dying by his fellow soldiers. His lack of enthusiasm for rushing into dangerous situations has dubbed him the nickname "Chickenheart". While Chris Redfield is a qualified pilot, Brad has earned that very job for the STARS Alpha Team.

Description:
After being kicked out of the Air Force, Chris Redfield became a drifter until he discovered Barry Burton. Barry recruited Chris for the then newly formed STARS Organization. Now he has been reassigned to a smaller rescue unit at Raccoon City to prove his worth on the Alpha team. Chris is an extremely tough guy who posses both great vitality and a positive mentality.

Description:
A very intelligent soldier that has been the savior for many STARS team members in the past, Jill Valentine has been reassigned to Raccoon City just as her fellow counter-part Chris Redfield was. She has mastered special mechanical devices such as lockpicks and is a very goal driven soldier. While she is able to carry a multitude of items, her small vitality leaves her at a disadvantage.
